Until
November 1997, guests were accommodated in the 'new' (1920s) homestead. In 1998
the original 1850s Stone House and Annexe were renovated, refurnished and
central heating was installed. They are now two self contained, but adjoining,
houses which combine the comfort and style of the homestead, with complete
privacy for those who desire exclusive occupancy.
The Stone House consists of a Master Bedroom with En-suite, a second Double Bedroom, Twin Bedroom, Bunkroom, Sitting Room with fireplace, Kitchen, second Bathroom, Sunroom and shared Laundry (if you have broadband click here for Windows movie walkthrough).

The Annexe to the Stone House consists of Double Bedroom, Twin Room, with 3/4 beds, Sitting Room with fireplace, Kitchen, Bathroom and shared Laundry (if you have broadband click here for Windows movie walkthrough).
There are few B&B facilities in NSW that are able to provide accomodation for 12+ guests at this level of comfort.
Opened in 2004 the newly renovated Shearers' Quarters now also offers comfortable but more basic additional accommodation for another 12 people, making us able to handle groups of up to 24 people.
Fresh flowers are provided in every room and an English Breakfast for guests to prepare is included in the tariff for the Stone House and Annexe. Other delicious home cooked items may be left in the refrigerator or freezer, as per your needs (please consult our food menu) or we provide catering for special evenings, or we can recommend a country restaurant with a good wine cellar. It's also ok to bring pets but please consult our pets section.
Need somewhere secluded to work on a special project? Broadband WiFi internet connectivity is available in both houses and the grounds. Unrestricted phones are also available in both houses (we maintain an Honesty Box if you're making outgoing overseas or long distance calls, or making calls to mobiles). Both houses are also equipped with Austar satellite television.
Facilities include an all weather tennis court, a solar heated pool, a nine hole mini putting green and other outdoor games such as Boule and Bocce. Away from the house and gardens there is the possibility of secluded riverside picnics or fishing, wildlife walks through the timbered country, or just stand in the silence at the top of the range (if you have broadband click here for a Windows movie panorama taken at the top).
See the Activities page for more ideas, and we can provide four wheel drive transport on the property by arrangement.* Please note: if you are attending the Pine Bluff Parent's Weekend for Trinity Grammar please see our Pine Bluff information page.
